 As part of my daily routine I make sure to practice along an experiment violinist. I focus on sound then I focused on using proper long bow technique. Make sure to always warm up and maintain good posture. I find it less frustrating to break up my practice time in several segments throughout the day. I practice along by the end of my day as a way to put together my daily progress. 

One of the most important aspects of playing the violin is the performance of it. It is important to encourage adult students to not only learn and teach, but also to perform. Performance allows the students to become more proficient and efficient in the instrument. It is when we perform that we put into practice everything we have learned. when we perform, we give voice to the violin student, through performing the student gets a sense of his or her style. performing as a beginner at an old age may not be very appealing however, it is there where excellence can be achieved.  I use silencers to practice at home because I find the sound of the violin a bit too loud. I have a theory that adults have a harder time learning because we have a much more refined hearing than children.
